Within the scope of the project, investors’ needs, existing infrastructure systems, environmental conditions and the technical requirements of relevant authorities were evaluated collectively to develop practical, sustainable solutions aligned with regional development objectives.
Scope of Services
Investment and infrastructure works in the Belek tourism region were managed by addressing the requirements of various authorities, investor expectations and site conditions within a unified technical coordination model.
The existing infrastructure, capacity requirements, shared-use areas and development objectives of tourism facilities were examined to determine the technical requirements underpinning the engineering activities.
The technical documents required for project implementation were prepared, while permit, official opinion and project approval processes involving relevant public authorities and local administrations were monitored in a coordinated manner.
Requirements relating to potable and utility water, wastewater, stormwater, energy, transport and other shared infrastructure systems were evaluated to develop technical solutions suited to the region’s operating conditions.
Conceptual designs, preliminary designs and construction drawings were prepared in accordance with preliminary assessments and site data, while technical coordination among different engineering disciplines was ensured.
Alternative solutions were evaluated in terms of technical feasibility, investment cost, operational requirements, environmental impacts and long-term performance to support investment decisions.
On-site works were monitored for compliance with approved designs, technical specifications and quality requirements, while construction progress, technical findings and required corrective actions were reported regularly.
