Preparing the electricity generation infrastructure of Feslek Hydroelectric Power Plant for safe operation.
Located in Aydın, Feslek Hydroelectric Power Plant is a renewable energy facility with a total installed capacity of 8.84 MW, comprising two generation units with a capacity of 4.42 MW each.
The electrical installation and commissioning works performed by KTM Group encompass the technical activities required to bring the power plant safely into operation, from generator connections, power and control panels, and cabling infrastructure to protection, automation, testing and energisation processes.
Scope of Services
Transitioning electrical systems from installation to operation
We install Feslek Hydroelectric Power Plant’s generation, protection, control and power transmission systems in accordance with project requirements and support the facility’s transition to reliable operation through on-site inspections and commissioning tests.
Cabling and Cable Management Systems
We install power, control, measurement and communication cables, along with cable trays, conduits and routing systems, with due consideration for operational safety, maintenance access and facility organisation.
Protection and Control Systems
We perform connection and functional checks on the protection relays, control circuits, measurement systems and alarm infrastructure required for the generation units and electrical equipment.
Automation and Monitoring Infrastructure
We integrate automation, data acquisition, field instrumentation and communication systems to enable the centralised monitoring and control of power plant equipment.
Grounding and Facility Safety
We inspect grounding, equipotential bonding, lightning protection and auxiliary electrical systems in accordance with technical criteria supporting personnel, equipment and facility safety.
Testing and Commissioning
We prepare systems for operation through installation inspections, insulation and continuity measurements, protection function tests, signal verification and energisation procedures.
