About Us

Since 1988
The foundations of KTM Group date back to the Karadeniz Technical Engineering office, established in 1988. Operating under the name Karadeniz Technical Engineering Trade and Industry Co. Ltd. since 1991, the company laid the foundations of its corporate development through the experience it gained in surveying and cadastral engineering, construction, project design and technical consultancy.
With the integration of companies operating in energy, electricity generation and distribution, real estate development, agriculture and tourism from 2005 onwards, the KTM Group structure was established. Headquartered in Ankara, the Group continues its activities today through projects and investments developed across various sectors and regions, particularly in Tarsus and Denizli.

Engineering and Consultancy
KTM Group provides comprehensive services in surveying and cadastral engineering, urban planning and zoning applications, engineering and consultancy, construction and contracting, and real estate development.
The Group adopts a broad service approach encompassing every stage, from project planning and engineering to implementation, construction and supervision, as well as commissioning, operations and technical consultancy.

Energy
Energy is one of the principal areas of KTM Group’s investment and engineering activities. Under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, the Group completed the Gök Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant investment in the Kadıncık area of Tarsus, Mersin, within 18 months and commissioned the facility in 2010.
In addition to this facility, which has an installed capacity of 10.36 MW and an annual electricity generation capacity of approximately 40 million kWh, KTM Group provides installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair and technical consultancy services for power generation facilities, while delivering engineering support to energy investors throughout planning and development processes.

Tourism and Thermal Health
KTM Group provides thermal health tourism services at the İn-Altı Thermal Hotel, located in the Tekkeköy area of Sarayköy, Denizli, with a capacity of 60 rooms and 120 beds. Thermal peloid, soap and shampoo products are also manufactured at the facility.
Feasibility and development studies are also underway for thermal facility and spa investments in the region, with a planned capacity of 250 rooms and 500 beds.
